Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

When do we ship your order?

Order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM and we will ship it the same day.

During the holiday season, delivery may be slightly delayed due to high volume at PostNL, for your own peace of mind: order on time.

When will my order be delivered?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code via email, so you can see when your order will be delivered.

How do we prevent damaged shipments?

We receive many compliments for our careful packaging. We ship a lot of glassware and obviously want you to receive it undamaged. That is why we have also chosen a slightly more expensive carrier.We package our products very well and use high-quality shipping boxes. If there is a defect, please contact us, and we will resolve it.

How much time do I have to return a product?
If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with your order, you can cancel it (of course undamaged and unused) within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return your order.

Note!: An exception to this is personalized products. For example, if you want to have a glass, serving board, or gift box engraved, you cannot cancel and/or return this order.

What are the costs for returning a product?
We will cover the costs for returning the product by providing you with a return label.

How can I return a product?
After you have sent us a message that you wish to cancel or return certain products to edwin@moodcompany.nl, you will receive a return label from us (via Myparcel) via email. You can print this label and attach it to the package, then follow the instructions from Myparcel to drop off your package. You then have another 14 days to return your order. So it's very practical and simple.

When will I receive my refund?
The purchase amount you paid for the products you have returned will be fully refunded to your account, unless the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, in which case we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for a return.

The refund will always take place within the legal period of 14 days, but in practice, this will be within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your return.
